By accessing or using Crowgrid ("the Service"), provided by Someka Technologies LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Crowgrid is a cloud-based multi-app productivity platform offering a suite of independent tools including Eisenhower Matrix, 9-Box Grid, Action Plan Maker, Income-Expense Tracker, Food Cost Manager, Org Chart Maker, and more. Each tool operates independently — you only use what you need. No software download is required; the Service is accessible through any modern web browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information. • Maintain the security of your password and account. • Promptly update your account information if it changes. • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our Service.

Crowgrid offers both free and paid subscription plans: • Free Plan: Access to all tools with limited features. No credit card required. • Paid Plans: Unlock advanced features, higher limits, and priority support. You can try all tools for free before deciding to upgrade. Each tool subscription is independent — upgrading one tool does not affect others.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to: • Pay the applicable subscription fees as described at the time of purchase. • Authorize recurring charges for your subscription period (monthly or annual). • Provide valid and up-to-date payment information. Prices may change with prior notice. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice.

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. To request a refund, contact us at info@crowgrid.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation: • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan. • Your data will be retained and accessible on the free plan, subject to free plan limitations.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights. • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. • Use automated means to access the Service without our permission. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Someka Technologies LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Your data is stored securely in the cloud and is only accessible to you unless you explicitly share it through collaboration features.

Certain plans include collaboration features that allow multiple users to work together. The account owner is responsible for managing team member access and ensuring all team members comply with these Terms.

We strive to maintain high uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Someka Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
